高职院校学生的自身特点,要求学生的思想政治工作要不断改变教育理念,积极探索新的教育模式,必须建立一支高素质的辅导员政工队伍、注重创新思想政治理论课实践课教学、构建三位一体的思想政治工作模式、建立科学的思想政治工作预测机制、把思想政治教育和职业能力培养结合起来,解决学生的实际问题,提高学生的综合能力,以增强思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。
The characteristics of the students in higher vocational colleges require that the ideological and political work of students should constantly change their educational philosophy and actively explore new educational modes. Therefore, a contingent of highly qualified counselors and political workers must be established. Emphasis should be laid on the practical teaching of innovative ideological and political theories, Constructing a Trinity Model of Ideological and Political Work, Establishing a Scientific Prediction Mechanism for Ideological and Political Work, Integrating Ideological and Political Education with Vocational Capability, Solving Practical Problems of Students, Improving Students’ Comprehensive Ability, and Enhancing the Pertinence and Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Work Sex.
