本实验采用放射受体分析法(RRA)动态观察了生后不同日龄正常和低碘仔鼠不同脑区GABA(γ—氨基丁酸)含量的变化。结果是:太鼠不同脑区GABA的含量不同,而且低碘组各脑区GABA含量均明显低于对照组,说明缺碘能使大鼠中枢神经系统GABA能系统发育延迟。
In this study, the radioimmunoassay (RRA) was used to observe the changes of GABA (GABA) in different brain regions of normal and low iodine offspring rats at different ages after birth. The results showed that the contents of GABA in different brain regions of rats were different, and the contents of GABA in brain regions of low iodine group were significantly lower than those in control group, indicating that lack of iodine could delay the development of GABAergic system in rat central nervous system.
