本文报道用放射免疫分析法测定家免ⅳ国产促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)后的药时变化及其在各组织器官的分布。结果表明,家兔ⅳ不同剂量TRH后,其血药浓度变化均表现为二室开放模型。家兔ⅳ TRH 0.8mg/kg时,时,时,家兔ⅳ TRH 2min后,即广泛分布于各组织器官,以垂体和肾脏浓度为最高,其他依次为体脂,腹直肌、小肠、心脏、生殖腺,脾、下丘脑、肝脏。TRH大部在血中降解,其他主要经肾排泄,给药后5min排出给药量的1.0%,2h后排出21.9%。
