我院自1987～1989年以来,采用地庆液前列腺周围注射,治疗慢性前列腺炎38例。经临床观察取得满意效果,现报告如下。一、临床资料:本组38例,年龄:21～48岁,平均年龄36.4岁。病程最短者2个月,最长者7年。平均2年1个月。已婚者占27例,未婚者占11例。会阴、下腹或腰骶部酸痛不适31例,尿急尿频者29例,尿淋漓不尽21例,性功能改变者4例,前列腺指诊异常35例,前列腺液涂片检查异常32例。

Perineal, abdominal or lumbosacral pain and discomfort in 31 cases, urinary urgency and frequent urination in 29 cases, urinary dripping in 21 cases, 4 cases of sexual function changes, prostatic dysplasia in 35 cases, prostatic fluid smear abnormalities in 32 cases.
