我院从1979年3月～1989年4月应用中西医结合治疗输尿管结石192例,取得满意疗效,现报道如下。资料与方法一、临床资料:本组192例,男151例,女41例,年龄最大71岁,最小18岁,平均41岁。<20岁6例,20～39岁77例。40岁以上109例。左侧输尿管结石88例,右侧输尿管结石100例,双侧输尿管结石4例。二、治疗方法 1.综合排石疗法:首先采用尿路排石汤疗法。汤方为金钱草30g,海金砂6g,木通6g,滑石18g,鸡内金12g,王不留行12g,甘草梢12g。
Our hospital from March 1979 ~ April 1989 application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of 192 cases of ureteral calculi, and achieved satisfactory results, are reported below. Materials and Methods A, clinical data: 192 cases in this group, 151 males and 41 females, the oldest 71 years old, the youngest 18 years old, average 41 years old. Six cases were less than 20 years old and 77 cases were from 20 to 39 years old. 109 cases over the age of 40. Left ureteral calculi in 88 cases, 100 cases of right ureteral calculi, bilateral ureteral calculi in 4 cases. Second, the treatment of a comprehensive row of stone therapy: First, the use of urinary row of stone soup therapy. Soup side for the money grass 30g, sea sand 6g, wood pass 6g, talc 18g, 12g chicken, Wang stay line 12g, 12g licorice shoots.
