高炉冷却壁经使用一段时间后,在水管内会结很厚的垢,影响冷却效率,严重时,可发生炉缸烧穿事故.为了清除水管内的积垢,国内常用的方法为酸洗.我厂每座高炉每年要进行1-2次酸洗.每次酸洗要花4140元,同时酸洗劳动强度大、时间长了还会引起职业病.我厂于1981年到鞍钢炼铁厂学习砂洗高炉冷却壁的新方法,结合我厂具体情况进行了用压力为4-6公斤/厘米~2的压缩空气输送粒度为3-4毫米的烧结矿粒吹洗高炉冷却壁的试验,收到可喜的效果.设备如下图:操作方法
