文章介绍了利用显微镜、扫描电镜研究某地钛磁铁矿精矿粉加入硫酸钠后制成球团矿的工作情况。研究了氧化焙烧前、后的矿物组成、形貌特点以及矿物成分。指出厂钒酸钠(成分上接近于正钒酸钠)是提钒的主要物相。作者对钛磁铁矿复合相中的钛磁铁矿、钛铁矿片晶、尖晶石片晶,及钛赤铁矿、铁板钛矿、钒酸钠等进行了成分分析及矿物化学式计算。指出了有益元素的分布规律,为进行水浸提钒及还原工艺提供了可靠的依据。
This article describes the use of microscopy, scanning electron microscopy study of a local magnetite concentrate added to the ball after the work of sodium sulfate. The mineral composition, morphology and mineral composition before and after oxidation roasting were studied. Pointed out that sodium vanadate (composition is close to sodium orthovanadate) is to mention the main phase of vanadium. The author has carried on the component analysis and the mineral chemical formula calculation to the titanium magnetite, the ilmenite platelet, the spinel platelet, the titanium hematite, the iron plate titanium ore and the sodium vanadate in the titanium magnetite composite phase . Pointed out the distribution of beneficial elements, provide a reliable basis for the water extraction of vanadium and reduction process.
