商业地产项目远远比住宅项目麻烦得多,尽管商业项目的门槛不高,但如何操盘整个商业项目才是重头戏,事实上它操作起来比住宅还难。商业项目可以有很大“把玩”的潜力,就好像英冠有自己持有的酒店物业,在商业项目的开发中,英冠会按酒店和商业项目相结合的模式发展。酒店可以持续经营,把酒店的体量做大,它在商业中的占比就越大,酒店的人气可以带动商业的发展,商业反过来以后又可以带动酒店的发展。
Commercial real estate projects are far more annoying than residential projects.
