我国高速铁路的建设及动车组的开行把列车客运乘务引进了一个新的发展时期。高铁所带来设备的升级换代和客运环境的变化给高铁动车乘务服务工作提出了全新的要求,对高铁乘务人员的职业技能提出了更大的挑战。实践教学是高职高专教育的重要构成部分,在校企合作的新形势下,如何提高学生的职业技能,培养应用型人才,使之能够满足用人单位的需求,成为当前教学实施者在具体实践过程中值得研究的一个课题。
The construction of China’s high-speed railway and the opening of EMU introduced a new development period for train passenger service. The upgrading of equipment brought by high-speed rail and the change of passenger environment put forward new requirements for the work of high-speed railway train service and posed a greater challenge to the occupational skills of high-speed rail crew. Practice teaching is an important part of higher vocational education.
