在固定稀土残留量的条件下,研究了不同稀土添加剂对铁铬铝合金高温氧化动力学的影响.在1250~1350°C计算了表观活化能,讨论了氧化反应机理.对氧化膜结构进行了金相、岩相、X-射线、电子和离子探针,以及扫描电镜观察.讨论了添加稀土的铁铬铝合金抗氧化机理.
The effects of different rare earth additives on the oxidation kinetics of Fe-Cr-Al alloy were studied under the condition of fixed residual amount of rare earth. The apparent activation energy was calculated at 1250-1350 ° C and the oxidation reaction mechanism was discussed. The metallographic, lithofacies, X-ray, electron and ion probes, as well as the scanning electron microscopy were used to investigate the oxidation mechanism of Fe-Cr-Al alloy with rare earth.
