在建立棒料弹性模量测试数学模型的基础上 ,采用微机实现气动机构实时检测棒料的弹性模量 ,并控制气缸进行棒料按刚度自动快速分类存放。系统应用代替人工分类 ,效率和精度显著提高。
Based on the establishment of mathematic model of bar elastic modulus test, the pneumatic mechanism is used to detect the elastic modulus of bar in real time and control the cylinder to automatically and quickly sort the bar stock according to its stiffness. System applications instead of manual classification, efficiency and accuracy significantly improved.
