现如今,我国的各项事业发展迅速,生产力得到了快速的解放。我们生活在一个信息化高科技的时代,在各个项目中,要想取得更深层次的发展,那么就要努力的对现有的进行观察,思考。并且在之前的情况下进行改良,创新。我国需要加强对于信息化的管理技术和高科技的发展。但是,在任何时候都不能够忽略人力的重要性。对于公司和企业高科技的发展固然重要。但是人力资源应该也受到一定的重视。本文主要是对新时期企业人力资源薪酬管理进行思考。
