目的:探讨2型糖尿病病人在急性糖代谢过程中脂代谢和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化情况,了解胰岛素分泌与其作用的关系。方法:选取32例糖尿病人为研究对象,测定空腹及75 g口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)餐后2 h的血糖(2 h PG)、胰岛素(INS)、C肽、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、胆固醇(CH)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的浓度,并比较它们在糖负荷前后的变化。结果:在急性糖代谢过程中,糖负荷后2 h血中FFA水平较负荷前明显降低,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);TNFα水平较负荷前也有所下降,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);CH和LDL在糖负荷前后没有变化。结论:2型糖尿病病人血中FFA的变化不是急性糖代谢紊乱的主要影响因素。
Objective: To investigate the changes of lipid metabolism and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in patients with type 2 diabetes during acute glycometabolism and to understand the relationship between insulin secretion and its function. Methods: Thirty-two diabetic patients were selected as experimental subjects. Blood glucose (2 h PG), insulin (INS), C-peptide, free fatty acid (FFA), cholesterol CH), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) were measured and their changes before and after sugar loading were compared. Results: In the process of acute glycometabolism, FFA levels in blood 2 h after glucose loading were significantly lower than those before loading (P <0.05); TNFα levels were also lower than those before loading, but there was no significant difference Sexual significance (P> 0.05); CH and LDL did not change before and after the sugar load. Conclusion: The changes of blood FFA in type 2 diabetic patients are not the main influencing factors of acute glycometabolism disorders.
