The issue of energy is a matter of great concern both at home and abroad and is the key to the development of the national economy. Our country is a big agricultural country, with more than 80% of the population living in rural areas. Therefore, the issue of rural energy is even more concerned about. Rural energy includes energy for rural production and energy for rural life, and the latter ranks first. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, as the rural population has been increasing year by year, the per capita possession of land has been declining.
