The implementation of school-enterprise cooperation is already a common feature of the current world’s higher vocational education. In Japan, school-enterprise cooperation is called cooperation between production and learning, with rich experience and a large number of animation talents. The success of animation education has made Japanese animation industry the third largest in the country, driving the rapid economic growth. After a great deal of research, we found that the cooperation between school and enterprises is by no means an empty talk in Japan, but permeates the specific teaching elements such as teaching methods, curricula and personnel training mode. We study Japanese animation and vocational education, and apply these achievements to the construction of the 3D animation specialty of CKGSB. We also summarize the results so as to provide a useful reference for animation education in other higher vocational colleges in China.
