一种微型的高稳定度本振组件已被开发用于电子战领域。它由介质稳频FET振荡器(即DRO)、缓冲放大器和平面变容管倍频器组成,集成为一个微型平面电路。此组件具有良好的相位噪声、较高的效率、较高的频稳度和较好的功率稳定度(在工作温度范围内)。该组件还成功地通过了在军事实战环境中所遇到的各种复杂的温度和冲击振动等例行试验,试验中本振源性能没有降低。
A miniature high-stability LO component has been developed for use in the field of electronic warfare. It consists of a medium frequency-stabilized FET oscillator (DRO), a buffer amplifier and a planar varactor multiplier, integrated into a miniature planar circuit. This component has good phase noise, high efficiency, high frequency stability and good power stability (in the operating temperature range). The module has also successfully passed routine tests of various complex temperatures and shocks encountered in military real-world environments without any degradation of local oscillator performance.
