关于“冬练三九”的对策我国素有“夏练三伏,冬练三九”的说法。从积极的方面讲,这一提法鼓励人们全年坚持锻练,不要间断,既可提高人们的健康水平、提高机体对环境变化的适应能力,又可提高人们的意志品质,值得提倡。但,无论是“三伏” 锻炼,还是“三九”锻炼,都有特殊的气象条件,都有一些科学的规律要遵守,不能盲目地无条件地说“夏练三伏,冬练三九”,如果盲目地强调,还可能适得其反。“冬练三九”要因运动环境的不同遵循不同的锻炼原则,不同的人在锻炼上也要注意因人而异。
