班主任工作在小学教育中具有重要作用,因此,作为“班集体灵魂”的班主任应该充分认识到自己所承担的历史重任。任何一位班主任都希望胜任这项工作并把自己从繁重中尽量解脱出来,在理论指导下经过理性的思考,去寻求恰当的方案,选择有利的途径,追求最佳的管理效果。那么,如何开展小学班主任工作就至关重要。一、具有高尚的师德,亲近学生,研究学生;展现自我,树立威望“谁爱孩子,孩子就会爱他,只有用爱才能教育孩子”。
