目的:观察平脂冲剂对高脂饲料造模大鼠脂肪肝病理形态和生化指标的影响以证实其疗效。方法:在常规组织学现察的基础上,利用计算机病理图像分析系统对改良锇酸染色脂滴进行多参数定量检查;并测定肝脏过氧化脂质含量和肝脂含量。结果:用改良锇酸染色方法,脂滴较常规HE染色更为清晰。平脂冲剂能使脂滴数量减少、面积缩小,肝/体比值亦缩小;可有效抑制肝组织过氧化脂质。结论:平脂冲剂可明显阻止和改善大鼠肝脏脂肪变性,对脂肪肝有良好的预防和治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Pingzhi granule on pathological morphology and biochemical indexes of fatty liver in rats with high fat diet to confirm its curative effect. Methods: On the basis of routine histological examination, we used the computerized pathological image analysis system to conduct the multi-parameter quantitative examination of modified osmium tetroxide lipid droplets and determined the content of liver lipid peroxidation and hepatic lipid. Results: With the improved method of osmium tetroxide staining, lipid droplets were clearer than conventional HE staining. Flat fat granules can reduce the number of lipid droplets, the area is reduced, the liver / body ratio is also reduced; can effectively inhibit liver lipid peroxidation. Conclusion: Pingzhi granule can obviously prevent and improve the hepatic steatosis in rats and has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on fatty liver.
