硝苯吡啶(Nifedipinc)又名心痛定,是一种新型降压药物。我院于1981年3月～10月应用西北制药厂试制的硝苯呲啶片剂治疗原发性高血压35例。从对血液动力学、心输出量、总周围血管阻力、每搏输出量、动脉顺应性和平均动脉压及血管紧张素Ⅱ之间的关系进行分析其疗效及用药指征。
Nifedipine, also known as nifedipine, is a new type of antihypertensive drug. Our hospital in March 1981 to October application of Northwest Pharmaceutical trial of nifedipine tablets in the treatment of 35 cases of essential hypertension. From the hemodynamics, cardiac output, total peripheral vascular resistance, stroke volume, arterial compliance and mean arterial pressure and angiotensin Ⅱ between the analysis of its efficacy and indications for treatment.
