患者,女,8岁,学生。主因口服乙胺丁醇1个月后视物不清于1990年6月就诊。双眼无明显原因视力下降,视物轻度变形,有轻微眼球胀疼。既往双眼视力良好。1个月前因患“颈部淋巴结核”服用雷米封,乙胺丁醇,每次各1片(雷米封0.1g;乙胺丁醇0.25g),每日3次。1个月时患儿自述眼部不适,羞明,视物不清而停药。但视力继续下降,即来我院就诊。全身各项检查均未见异常。双眼远、近视力均为0.1,均不能矫正。外眼及眼前段正常,双眼底视乳头边界清,颜色正常,双侧黄斑部及周围视网膜,犹如暗灰色的云块被晚霞染红边缘的感觉,
