3,4—二氯栓皮酰另丁胺(N-Isosuccinyl-dichl-oro-cinnamoy lamine,7903)由本校药化教研室合成的一种新的桂皮酰胺类衍生物,经研究表明,具有广谱抗惊厥作用和抗抑郁作用,有可能成为一种较好的抗癫痫兼族有抗抑郁作用的药物。我们采用定量药物脑电图法研究7903对清醒家兔皮层脑电功率谱的影响。
N-Isosuccinyl-dichl-oro-cinnamoy lamine (7903) A novel cinnamate derivative synthesized by our school’s pharmacy department has been shown to have a broad spectrum of anti- Convulsions and antidepressant effect, it may become a better anti-epilepsy and anti-depression drugs. We used quantitative electroencephalography to study the effect of 7903 on cortical EEG power in conscious rabbits.
