为了测定载脂蛋白ＡＩ、载脂蛋白Ｂ及其它脂类在各类脑血管病的变化情况，测定了不同类型脑血管３７５例，并同期测定了２１７例基本健康人的脂类进行对照，结果脑血管病各组载脂蛋白ＡＩ明显下降．载脂蛋白Ｂ升高趋势，两者比值也明显下降．因此证实载脂蛋白ＡＩ及其和载脂蛋白Ｂ的比值可做为脑血管疾病中危险因素的判定指标．
In order to determine the changes of apolipoprotein AI, apolipoprotein B and other lipids in various types of cerebrovascular diseases, 375 cases of different types of cerebrovascular diseases were determined and the lipids of 217 healthy people were measured in the same period. The results Cerebral vascular disease in each group significantly decreased apolipoprotein AI. Apolipoprotein B increased trend, the ratio also dropped significantly. Therefore, it is confirmed that the ratio of apolipoprotein AI and apolipoprotein B can be used as a judgment index of risk factors in cerebrovascular diseases.
