随着我国经济进入发展新常态,企业的经营管理也面临着诸多新问题,如果继续沿用传统的经济管理模式,将很难实现企业的长期战略目标。因此在新形势下企业应该积极进行管理策略创新,提高自身的竞争实力,从而实现发展的持久化和稳定化。现本文就从企业经营管理理念创新、制度创新、内部组织机构创新、人才创新和企业文化创新等五个方面入手,以为企业的经营管理贡献自身微薄的力量,使企业真正抓住机遇,应对各种挑战。
As China’s economy enters a new normal of development, there are also many new problems in the management of enterprises. If the traditional economic management mode continues to be followed, it will be very difficult to realize the long-term strategic goal of the enterprise. Therefore, in the new situation, enterprises should actively innovate their management strategies and improve their competitive strength so as to achieve lasting and stable development. This article starts from five aspects of enterprise management idea innovation, system innovation, internal organization innovation, talent innovation and enterprise culture innovation, in order to contribute their own modest strength to the operation and management of the enterprise so that the enterprise can seize the opportunity and deal with each Kind of challenge.
