文章探索了不同管理方法在医院药学管理中的应用。为了加强医院药学管理质量,引入了品管圈的管理方法、五常法的管理方法和PDCA法管理方法。通过实践体会到PDCA的方法可有效地推进安全用药、合理用药工作质量的持续改进;五常法(5S管理)可有效解决工作场所杂乱的问题,提升了科室的形象,提高了工作的效率。而通过品管圈的活动,可使低阶员工、新员工获得参与科室管理的机会,激发了大家参与管理的工作热情,使处方发放差错率得到下降。因此通过借鉴管理学科的新方法新手段,可不断提高药学学科的管理水平。
The article explores the application of different management methods in hospital pharmacy management. In order to strengthen the quality of hospital pharmacy management, the management of quality control circle, the management method of five regular methods and the PDCA method were introduced. Through practice, the PDCA method can effectively promote the safe use of drugs and improve the quality of rational drug use continuously. The five-regular method (5S management) can effectively solve the problem of workplace messiness, enhance the departmental image and improve the work efficiency. Through QC activities, low-level employees and new employees can get the chance to participate in department management and stimulate their enthusiasm in management so as to reduce the error rate of prescription issuance. Therefore, by drawing on new methods and means of management disciplines, we can continuously improve the management level of pharmacy disciplines.
