当前的苏联经济体制改革可以从不同的角度加以研究。但是,我认为,对于正在深化改革的我国来说,最需要研究的是苏联经济改革的新思维。苏联改革的新思维的提出不是偶然的,它一方面是经济发展条件和形势的客观的要求,另一方面也是深刻地总结苏联历史上改革的经验教训的结果。正因为如此,这些新的改革思路、观点和原则,对我们颇有借鉴意
The current Soviet economic system reform can be studied from different angles. However, I think that for our country that is deepening reform, what we need to study most is the new thinking of the Soviet economic reform.
