中药华钩藤(uncaria sinensis)等芸香科钩藤属植物的带钩茎枝常作为解痉药、镇痛药和降压药。该属植物中含有氮甙和吲哚型生物碱。本次检定了台湾产线萼钩藤(U.setiloba)中的成分。早期的植物化学研究,曾从线萼钩藤中分离出羟吲哚型生物碱钩藤碱C~E。 实验材料及方法:甲醇提取线萼钩藤的鲜叶和带钩茎枝。甲醇提取物混悬于水中,以氯仿和正丁醇依次提取。正丁醇部分和水溶部分中没有发现氮甙。氯仿部分纯化得到5个生物碱,根据物理和光谱数据,鉴定为钩藤碱C~F和rumberine。 实验结果:曾从钩藤属植物中分离出五环和四环吲哚型生物碱。尽管取代基可能在
Herbs such as Uncaria sinensis, which are related to Uncaria, are often used as antispasmodic, analgesic and antihypertensive drugs. This genus contains stilbene and indole alkaloids. This time, the composition of the U. setiloba line in Taiwan was examined. In the early phytochemical studies, the hydroxyl-type alkaloids rhynchophylline C-E were isolated from Uncaria crassicarpa. Experimental materials and methods: fresh leaves and hooked stems of the methanol extract line Gynura. The methanol extract was suspended in water and extracted sequentially with chloroform and n-butanol. No nitrogen hydrazine was found in the n-butanol and water soluble fractions. The chloroform was partially purified to obtain 5 alkaloids, which were identified as rhynchophylline C-F and rumberine based on physical and spectral data.
