考察了人工牛黄中胆酸含量测定方法，结果表明该法采用标准曲线空白溶液与样品空白溶液两种空白对照溶液，对其含量测定结果影响很大（相差10％以上）。
The determination method of the bile acid content in artificial bezoar was investigated. The results showed that the blank blank solution of the standard curve and the blank solution of the sample used in the method had a great influence on the determination result (a difference of more than 10%).
