我国四川汶川2008年5月发生的8.0级地震及其余震给震区带来了巨大的生命和财产损失,地震使大量的人民特别是农民或变为孤儿、或单亲、或残疾人等弱势群体,财产也遭到溃灭性的损失,如何帮助灾区人民恢复正常的生产生活,脱贫致富成为当务之急。本文在分析灾后出现的弱势群体基础上,阐述了小额信贷在灾后重建中的意义进一步提出了小额信贷在灾后重建中的支持模式及其完善措施。
The Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan Province in May 2008 and its aftershocks brought tremendous loss of life and property to the quake zone. The earthquake caused a large number of people, especially peasants, to become orphans, or vulnerable groups such as single parents or disabled people , Property also suffered a destructive loss. How to help people in the disaster-stricken areas resume normal production and life so that getting rid of poverty and becoming a top priority has become a top priority. Based on the analysis of the disadvantaged groups that emerged after the disaster, this article elaborated the significance of microfinance in post-disaster reconstruction and further put forward the support mode and perfect measures of microfinance in post-disaster reconstruction.
