湿泡囊病是由有害疣孢霉(蘑菇白腐霉菌My-cogone perniciosa Magn)引起的一种蘑菇病害,随着蘑菇栽培量的增长,已成为一个严重问题。多年来,对该病进行了很多研究,直至1969年曾报导过代森锰在防治泡囊病方面卓有成效,但因杀菌剂含有重金属,如Zn,Mn所以发达国家禁止使用。这样,就设有采用任何化学药品防治该病。我们在试管中和自然条件(菇房)下试验了某些化学药品对蘑菇白腐霉菌(M.perniciosa)的抑制效应,希望找到有效地防治泡囊病的药品。
Wet bulb blight is a mushroom disease caused by the harmful Myceliospora mold (My-cogone perniciosa Magn), which has become a serious problem as mushroom cultivation increases. Many studies have been conducted on this disease over the years. Until 1969, it was reported that dexmedetomib was very effective in the prevention and treatment of vesicle disease. However, the bactericide contains banned metals such as Zn and Mn in developed countries. In this way, with the use of any chemical to prevent the disease. We tested the inhibitory effect of certain chemicals on M.perniciosa in vitro and in natural conditions (mushroom house) in the hope of finding an effective control of the disease.
