现行医药卫生体制存在卫生资源配置不合理、医疗费用增长过快、公立医疗机构缺乏活力、卫生资源利用效率不高 ,药品监管工作亟待加强等问题。针对以上问题 ,本文提出了我市城镇医药卫生体制改革的主要内容与原则建议。
The current medical and health system has problems such as unreasonable allocation of health resources, rapid increase in medical expenses, lack of vitality of public medical institutions, low utilization efficiency of health resources, and urgent need to strengthen drug supervision. In view of the above issues, this paper puts forward the main contents and principles of the city’s medical and health system reform.
