海洋经济是国民经济的重要组成部分,在注重“绿色”发展理念的今天,海洋经济已成为沿海国家和地区强有力的经济增长点,得到各国的关注与重视。本文将因子分析法与超效率DEA方法结合起来,立足环渤海经济区现实,对海洋经济运行效率进行测算并给予相应评价,以求完善环渤海地区海洋资源优化配置,探讨最佳比例经济投入以获得最大的产出。
Marine economy is an important part of the national economy.
