目的:观察研究中西医结合方法治疗重症胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:采用中西医结合方案治疗重症急性胰腺炎860例,并取同时期本院和其他医院单纯用西医方案治疗的380例进行对比观察。结果:治疗组治愈率96.05%,死亡率3.95%,后期并发症率4.19%,平均住院日数27 d,平均例次费用3.8万元;对照组治愈率67.89%,死亡率32.11%,后期并发症率23.95%,平均住院日数58 d,平均例次费用8.8万元。二者比较有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:运用中西医结合方案治疗重症胰腺炎可以收到非常好的效果。且该方案简单易行,可以在各级医院推广应用。
Objective: To observe and study the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe pancreatitis.
