职前教育是教师专业化发展的起点,而教育实习是职前教师专业发展的最好机会。长期以来,我国高师院校的教育实习一直沿袭毕业前一次性、终结式的模式,该模式实习时间短,指导力量薄弱,再加上缺乏稳固的实习基地,已难以适应形势的需要。面对新一轮课程改革对现代外语教师提出的新要求,努力构建由高师院校、地方教育管理部门、地方教育教学研究部门和地方中小学组成的开放、多元、彼此平衡、相互制约、互惠互利、和谐运作的教育实习生态系统,是新形势下高师院校教育实习改革的战略选择和必然出路。
