紫外分光光度法测定诺氟沙星胶囊的含量

本文采用紫外分光光度法直接测定诺氟沙星胶囊的含量。实验结果表明：本法简便、正确、重现性好。线性范围４．８１６～１４．４４８μｇ／ｍｌ，ｒ＝０．９９９９，回收率９９．６％（ｎ＝５）ＲＳＤ＝０．６４％。

In this paper, UV spectrophotometry direct determination of norfloxacin capsules content. The experimental results show that this method is simple, accurate and reproducible. The linear range was 4.816-14.448μg / ml, r = 0.9999, and the recovery was 99.6% (n = 5) RSD was 0.64%.
