粪便中乙型肝炎抗元(下称 HBAg)检出的问题,文献中早已有不少报告。因为,确定粪便在乙型肝炎的流行作用上,这是一个相当重要的课题。但是,迄今为止,国内尚未见到这方面的工作报告。我们在工作中曾对粪便中 HBAg 及其相应抗体的检测,作了些初步探索。现将这一工作整理报告于后。
Feces in hepatitis B anti-Yuan (hereinafter referred to as HBAg) detected problems, the literature has long been a lot of reports. Because it is a very important issue to determine the role of manure in the pandemic of hepatitis B. However, up to now, no work report in this area has been seen in our country. We have done some preliminary exploration on the detection of HBAg in feces and their corresponding antibodies in our work. This work is now finishing the report later.
