如果轴承工作表面产生锈点,就影响轴承寿命,增大噪音;如其他部位产生锈蚀,则氧化物侵入轴承内部,会使锈蚀发展。所以在轴承的整个制造过程中,均存在复杂的防锈问题。现根据两、三年的工作实践,介绍于下。一、防锈材料根据仪表轴承要求旋转灵活、储藏期长、材料是合金钢与铜合金等的特点,选择的防锈油必须是:(1)低粘度薄油;(2)浅色;(3)容易清洗;(4)防锈期达1~2年;(5)适合钢铜两种金属防锈;(6)杂质少;(7)油封方便。我们从羊油镁皂、环烷酸锌、204-1防锈油、201防蚀脂、201防锈油、石油磺酸钡等缓蚀剂中试验选择,结果只有石油磺酸钡较适合于仪表轴承的防锈。最后经过基油和配比选择,确定使用101防锈油。其配方为:石油磺酸钡0.5%,变压器油99.5%。这种防锈油,我们进行了下列试验:
