门诊是医院对外开放的窗口,是广大民众进行诊断、治疗和提供预防诊断的场所,是医院和患者相互接触、相互联系的前沿阵地。门诊护理工作的质量直接反映着医院的技术水平、精神面貌和医院的医德医风等。门诊是医患关系最突出、矛盾和纠纷最易发生的地区,患者来到医院后接触最早的医护人员就是门诊护士,患者入院后会有恐惧和紧张的心理,加上对医院环境的陌生感,会产生不安全和对医护人员的不信任,通过门诊护士的主动接触沟通,给患者留有好的印象,有利于良好的医患沟通的建立,有利于稳定患者的情绪并赢得患者的信任,有利于医疗工作的开展。
