一、缩微工作管理体制及其准则。 （一）管理体制是缩微工作的制高点。 “缩微系统”不但包括硬件——缩微摄影机、冲洗机、拷贝机、阅读复印机,缩微胶片等及一些质量控制监测设备和消耗品,而且还包括软件——运用硬件生产缩微品并控制其质量的技术,以及进行缩微工作的管理体制。 在这个系统中,硬件是实现系统目的的基本条件,软件是实现系统目的的手段,管理体制则是通过软件使硬件各项力能得以充分发挥而达到系统目的。可以说,管理体制是档案缩微工作的一个制高点,它恰当与否,决定着我国档案缩微工作的进程和效益。
