The construction of the freight trains in central south part of Shanxi not only concerns the vital interests of economy along the development of Shanxi, Henan and Shandong, but also is of great significance in exploring ways to reform the system of investment and financing of railroads in order to ease the tension of coal transportation capacity and ensure the national energy security.
