剧团工会组织是代表和维护剧团内部广大职工权益的群众组织。由于时代的发展,剧团工会面临着内外部环境的巨大变化所带来的一系列的机遇和挑战,作为剧团工会的负责人——剧团工会主席,在此现状下应明确自身的角色定位,同时与时俱进,在实践中追求创新。本文从剧团工会主席的角色定位入手,分析了剧团工会工作创新的现实意义,并对工会主席开展创新工作提出了几点建议。
Troupe Trade union organizations are the mass organizations that represent and maintain the rights and interests of the broad masses of workers within the troupes. Due to the development of the times, the troupe’s trade unions face a series of opportunities and challenges brought about by the great changes in the internal and external environment. As the head of the troupe’s trade union, the troupe’s trade union chairman, the position of the troupe should be clearly defined under the current situation. Meanwhile, Keep pace with the times and pursue innovation in practice. This article starts from the role of the chairman of the troupe union, analyzes the practical significance of the innovations in the work of the troupe ’s union and puts forward some suggestions to the chairman of the union in carrying out the innovation work.
