肿瘤方剂处方形式各样,形式反应内容,该篇文章通过总结分析当代名家的处方结构特点,并结合其学术思想,总结出其常见的组方法则、组方细节及临床处方注意事项,为临床进一步构建并推广行之有效的临床中医治肿瘤处方提供参考。其中常见法则有:①李佩文的基本治法和抗癌专攻、对症治疗三项法则;②于尔辛的辨证用药、抗癌药专攻、对症治疗,重视补益脾胃法则;③潘敏求等辨病论治为主等;④余桂清、刘嘉湘的常用药组药对等也可为临床带来启迪。另外指出,引经药等组方细节也是肿瘤方剂组成的构成部分。
