上海同盛内河航道建设发展有限公司成立于2008年12月,隶属上海同盛投资(集团)有限公司,主要承担上海高等级内河航道网的建设管理。公司下设行政人事部、综合计划部、工程管理部、资金财务部、技术前期部等5个职能部门;现有各类专业技术管理人员38名,其中大专以上学历36名,为员工总数的92%;具有中、高级专业技术职称的29人(其中高级专业职称9人),占员工总数的74%。
Shanghai Tongsheng Inland Waterway Construction and Development Co., Ltd. was established in December 2008 and is affiliated to Shanghai Tongsheng Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. It mainly undertakes the construction and management of Shanghai’s high-grade inland waterway network. The company has five functional departments: Administrative Personnel Department, Comprehensive Planning Department, Project Management Department, Funding and Finance Department, and Pre-Technology Department. There are 38 professional and technical management personnel in various fields, including 36 with college education or above, which is the total number of employees 92%; 29 people with medium and senior professional titles (including 9 senior professional titles), accounting for 74% of the total number of employees.
