●在教学方式、学习方式发生变化的今天,教研工作方式也应当随之发生改变,变以“检查”为主为以“研究”为主、以“鼓励”为主、以奖代评。●教师要把自己视为一个专业工作者,在不断提出问题、解决问题的过程中,实现教师的自我发展。●评价不等于考试,不等于打分,更不等于排队。不可能把课程改革的目标完全精细地量化,因为“智慧是不能被测量的”。终结性的评价应当适当限制,倡导即时、即地的过程性评价和多次评价。
