2005年文综考试大纲提出了四项能力要求:获取和组织信息的能力;再认和运用知识的能力;描述和阐释事物的能力;论证和探讨问题的能力。其中“论证和探讨问题的能力”属于新课标的范围,为2005年新增加的能力要求。它要求考生做到:运用归纳、演绎、比较、概括等分析方法提出明确的观点,拥有严谨的逻辑和清楚的层次,综合运用原理、方法论证和探讨事物,在探讨的过程中表现出创新的意图、体现自身的创造性思维。
The Outline of the 2005 Text Examination put forward four competence requirements: the ability to acquire and organize information; the ability to recognize and apply knowledge; the ability to describe and interpret things; and the ability to demonstrate and discuss problems. Among them, the “ability to demonstrate and discuss problems” falls within the scope of the new curriculum standard and is a new capacity requirement for 2005. It requires candidates to: use analysis methods such as induction, deduction, comparison, and generalization to put forward clear ideas, have rigorous logic and clear levels, comprehensively apply principles, methods to demonstrate and discuss things, and demonstrate innovation in the process of exploration. Intent, embodying its own creative thinking.
