随着社会的不断进步,农村家长对教育日趋重视,特别是幼儿阶段,很多家长宁肯到城里租房子,也不让孩子进农村的幼儿园。原因是:农村幼儿教师大多没有学历,缺少教学经验,农村幼儿园的教育质量值得怀疑。作为园长,我深知,要留住孩子,必须提高幼儿园的教育教学质量。扎实开展园本教研,提高教师们的专业水平,以良好的办园条件和优秀的师资力量来留住孩子势在必行!
