1990年11月27～30日,陕西省水利基本建设工程质量现场会在汉中召开。会议由汉中地区石门水库管理局、渭南地区澄城县石堡川水库八支渠、靖边县芦西渠、安康八一水库、岐山县五丈原西灌区等五个单位介绍了工程质量管理等方面的经验;检查了汉中石门水库拦河大坝及灌区挖潜扩灌工程五处施工现场,翻阅了质量检测原始资料,对在建部分工程进行了随机抽样质量检测。会议还对全省一年来水利基本建设工程质量管理工作作了总结,讨论了《陕西省水利工程质量监督办法》,表彰奖励了汉中地区石门水库管理局、靖边县芦西渠、渭南地区澄城
From November 27 to November 30, 1990, the quality of water conservancy construction projects in Shaanxi Province will be held in Hanzhong. The meeting was organized by five units including the Shimen Reservoir Management Bureau in Hanzhong Region, Shi Puchuan Reservoir in Chengcheng County in Weinan Region, Luxi Canal in Jingbian County, Bayi Reservoir in Ankang County, and Wuzhangyuan Irrigation District in Qishan County. Experience; inspection of the Hanzhong Shimen reservoir dams and Irrigation Diversion Project five construction sites, read the original quality inspection data, some of the projects under construction in a random sample of quality testing.
