改革开放以后,在政府主管部门政策推动之下,我国建筑业在工程项目管理方面进行了极大胆的探索和实践,越来越多的企业在不断地创新项目管理的新模式和新方法。EPC模式已成为目前我国工程承包市场上大力推行的总承包模式之一。下面笔者就EPC总承包模式下的工程项目管理进行简单阐述。
