《语文课程标准》在“识字与写字”目标中规定,学生在九年义务教育阶段,不仅能认识3500个左右常用汉字,会写其中的3000个字,而且要培养学生热爱祖国语言文字的感情.培养主动识字的愿望和主动识字的习惯,使学生具有较强的独立识字能力。能够按笔顺规则使用铅笔写字,做到规范、端正、整洁,激发和提高书写汉字的兴趣,养成良好的写字习惯,初步感受汉字的形体美。
