10月31日,市委组织部召开部机关全体干部大会,传达学习贯彻党的十九大精神。市委常委、组织部长赵大光对全市组织系统和市委组织部机关深入学习宣传贯彻十九大精神进行部署。党的十九大是在我国全面建成小康社会决胜阶段、中国特色社会主义进入新时代的关键时期召开的一次十分重要的大会,是在新的历史起点上开启党和国家事业新征程的一次大会。特别是十九大报告强调伟大工程在“四个伟大”中具有决定性作用,要求结合伟大斗争、伟大事业、伟大梦想的实践,深入推进党的建设新的伟大工程,鲜明地指出党是最高政治领导力量,明确必须以党章为根本遵循,把党的政治建设摆在首位,思想建党和制度治党同向发力,统筹推进党的各项建设,并在原则、方针、主线、布局、要求、目标等方面,提出了新时代党的建设总要求,指出了八项具体措施,明确了全面从严治党的目标任务。
